The temperature over Japan is rising faster than the global average
Annual mean surface temperature over Japan, as with the global
annual mean, has increased, with some fluctuations, at a rate of
1.19°C/100 years. Significantly high temperatures were recorded
mostly in the 1990s and thereafter.
